I had the pleasure of hearing Richale present at the Black Mental Health Symposium. She was so transparent and open about her journey towards healing. She was genuine and authentic in her approach of sharing her story. Richale fully engaged the audience as she revealed the depth of her pain and traumatic experiences. A woman of faith, that was able to overcome adversity. Richale inspired everyone that was present. Her story will encourage women to draw on their spiritual strength. In addition I believe her story will give women hope and courage to overcome traumatic events in their lives.
